This lip-smacking curry is made with pork and cooked in aromatic spices. It’s healthy, easy to make, and loaded with classic flavors. Thanks to the benefits of medicinal effects of healthy ingredients like turmeric, garlic, ginger, parsley and more. A curry can relieve arthritis pain and serve as a good immune booster. There are several animal types of curry, but the same procedure e.g Chicken curry, goat meat curry, turkey curry and more.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or coconut oil.
5 - 10 carrots, peeled and diced or chopped.
½ cup of peas.
Runner beans (optional)
1 chopped Onions
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tablespoon curry powder
Seasoning cube
Chilli 🌶 powder or 2 scotch bonnet pepper, grated
Salt to taste
½ kilograms of Pork
Water.
Thickener ( corn starch or flour) 2 tablespoon
