Pork Curry

This lip-smacking curry is made with pork and cooked in aromatic spices. It’s healthy, easy to make, and loaded with classic flavors. Thanks to the benefits of medicinal effects of healthy ingredients like turmeric, garlic, ginger, parsley and more. A curry can relieve arthritis pain and serve as a good immune booster. There are several animal types of curry, but the same procedure e.g Chicken curry, goat meat curry, turkey curry and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or coconut oil.

  • 5 - 10 carrots, peeled and diced or chopped.

  • ½ cup of peas.

  • Runner beans (optional)

  • 1 chopped Onions

  • ¼ tsp turmeric 

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder 

  • Seasoning cube 

  • Chilli 🌶 powder or 2 scotch bonnet pepper, grated

  • Salt to taste 

  • ½ kilograms of Pork

  • Water.

  • Thickener ( corn starch or flour) 2 tablespoon

Cooking Instruction

Place washed pork, sliced onions, garlic, ground turmeric, red chili powder, curry powder, seasoning cubes, salt in a cooking pot. Pour in 1 cups water and cook in medium heat for about 30 minutes or until pork is tender.

When pork is tender, Reduce heat to low, add flour or corn stach, Pour in Carrot, peas, runner beans and stir constantly.

Add little vegetable oil, and stir till it thickens up slightly. Serve with rice, mashed potato or, noodles 😋😋
